My Life
So...yeah. I should be doing homework right now, and not writing a blog on Xanga. But here I am, doing just that. I've been working...well, most of the day. I'm too much of a lazy arse at heart to have spent the whole time working. I have been working, though.
I have two doctors appointments tomorrow, so I won't go to school. Yay. :) Also, I might get my god-forsaken aircast off tomorrow! Double yay! I hope the bone's healed. It was fun for a while, but I'm sick of hearing dad ask me if my foot's ok.

I don't know why, but I am soooo uptight today. I was looking at the IMDB boards earlier, and seeing all these House fangirls at Hugh Laurie's forum made me mad, because I know that at least some of them have never seen him outside House MD. I don't know, I've been such a snob lately, and I was mad yesterday too.

Amy & Jessie kept laughing and talking while we were trying to fix our debate, and Eliah got mad and left, and it just drove me insane for some reason. I hate to admit it, but Eliah and I have one thing in common- we have two of the worst tempers I know.

Also, OMGNOFAIR!!!!! Cascada comes to town one of the nights I'm in Edisto. That's soooooooooooooo not fair. Then again, this happens. My dad got tickets from BMI with Young Jeezy, Lil' Jon, and Dr. Dre on the bill, and guess what? Not only is it a 21+ show, it's while I'm gone. Now, missing out on that made me want to cry. But my dad isn't going, and I now have the invite and ticket pinned up on my bulletin-board.

I am so in love with this album, Best Of Bowie. I've been listening to it all week. 'Ashes To Ashes' is one of the best songs on here. It's the first one I learned most/all of the words to. "Ashes to ashes, funk to funky, we know Major Tom's a junkie..." Lmao.

My Life

Wow, I am the worst-blog keeper I know. It's been ages since I last wrote an entry here. Not that anyone reads the bloody thing anyways, lol. So, it's officially a week and...two days until my class leaves for Edisto Island. Woot!/? I really can't decide if I'm excited or not.

I fractured my ankle Wednesday before last, and I'm in an aircast right now that makes me look like I have a bionic foot. It doesn't hurt anymore, however, I can't do P.E., and I'm dreading the supposed two-mile hike we'll have to do. Thank GOD Melody is a slow walker.

On another note, I have a new layout. Yay. :) It's a little on the girly side (esp. for me!) but I like it, so deal! On the subject of new things...my dad, uhm, bought a new car. A Saab convertible, in fact. I think it's his mid-life crisis, but I think it's starting to become my second baby as well(the first being Chico, my kitteh). Emily says my dad bought the car because it's as hot as my mom(or something like that) and he's trying to cope. Not bloody likely, I say. But it's...possible. In a parallel universe.

Also, I am now addicted to Blackadder, and I reccomend it to anyone with half a brain and a sense of humor. Oh, and that book up in my 'Currently Reading' thing? Love it. I just finished it, techincally, and it's great for anyone who likes fantasy. Lloyd Alexander pwns, though the first Prydain book disappointed me slightly. :(

Like the divisions? I stole them from Eri. :P

I had to go home early from school today because my teacher thinks I have brochitis(or however it's spelled), and it turns out that I do. It's only sinus-related, however, and I don't even think it's contaigous. However, if my cough is as bad as it is today, my dad will probably make me stay home.

...I will die if I miss that Winter Exam on Friday. And I'll kill Chloe if she doesn't get better and bring me my notebook back. We had to take a pre-test today, and I didn't have my book, so my answers sucked. Royally.

I'll write more later...maybe.

Anyways, it's a lazy sunday. I've still got homework, but guess what?
I get to go to Myrtle Beach next weekend! My dad is taking me right after school, so we can get there in time. It should be cool. We get to stay in a condo and at a nice hotel.
Sadly, my poor dad has to work all weekend, because we're going up there for his company's conference. Ah well.

I'm reading the book Eri gave me for my 12th birthday. ^^ I've read it before but I still like it.

Better go and finish this stuff up!

I'm bored, ok? But I have something funny to say.

So, I'm listening to Star94(*local radio station*) and they were talking about "backup plans" (IE, what you'd do if your hubbie/wife died early). So, this lady calls in and she goes, "If I die before my husband, he will be in mourning for the rest of his life. And if my husband dies before me, I will spend the rest of my life stalking Jon Bon Jovi."

Anyways, I've got some homework to get done, I still have to beta Josh's story(GUH), and I'm trying to finish this story I picked up during the summer. It's called 'The Nature Of The Game', and it's over 100,000 words, which is a lot for an online story. @__@;;;

Twenty chapters. Twenty chapters. TWENTY CHAPTERS.

Thank God the author finished the story, or I might have to cry.

Ok, so I'm going to go finish the homework and betaing so I don't have any excuses to not read the story.

Jeez, I keep forgetting to update!
I'm forgetful, aren't I?
...please don't answer that. Anyways, I turned 13!! And my birthday was teh awesome. YESSIR![/inside joke]

Uhm, Happy New Year! Oh, and also, Mira's b-day party was Friday, and it was cool. I watched Pirates of The Caribbean for the first time!! No, seriously. I love it now. I've spent a lot of today going off on one of my art searches, along with going through some old bookmarks on my computer(because outdated bookmarks SUCK). Last time I did an art hunt, I spent like 3 hours staring at my computer screen, browsing through graphics sites.
@_@ My eyes are going to be so dead when I'm old.

...I'm not even going to bother talking about school. There is nothing worth mentioning, aside from a field trip to the EXACT SAME PLACE I WENT LAST YEAR. That seriously freaked me out.

I think some of my friends are going to kill me soon. I keep forgetting to get on anything but MSN as of lately. Also, I have a chapter of Josh's story to beta that I keep putting off. @__@;; I'm not ready to sit through 5000+ grammatically incorrect words. Honestly, Josh rules, but his grammar makes me want to punch myself sometimes.
...Wait, that's why I signed up to be his beta reader.

Ergh, sleepless night and a crappy mood. What's new? Nothing really. Went to this farm and we got to eat figs and blueberries. It was cool, and I have to write an article on it for our school newsletter. Thank bob I took notes.

Ok, non-school news? Still nada. I feel like crap. I have no life, but I get to see 3 Doors Down this weekend, which is cool. All the people in the middle school who aren't Chloe and Carmen make me feel like I have a viral disease, cause they're all over in their own little world and I've only got two people I can really talk to. Katlyn hasn't been on much lately, and I'm curious as to whats up with her. I can't find the urge to finish any of my stories lately, and I've been hiding away in my room reading online stuff to pass the time. It's not as fun as it sounds, even if the stories are good.Gonna go to bed now, and maybe find a new layout for this thing...

Seriously bored. School is alright, and I have a lot of homework. I'm so lazy, I need to comment more on ppl's sites. Ah well. I was tired most of the day, and knowing my sleep schudule I'll be tired tomorrow too. >_< I don't want to have to take Yoga!! It hurt my leg all over again when I did it last week. But oh well. I wish more of my close friends were in the M.S., but alas, they're not. Me and Erika talked today, it was fun.

Chloe let me borrow this manga called Alice 19th, it's really good and I think I'm hooked. The bunny in it is so cute!! And the main girl is pretty. Well, that's all for now, talk/comment later.

Heh, it's been a while!
Well, I've started middle school, and dane, it's...weird? Yeah, weird is the word for it.
Me and my dad just took mom to the airport, so I won't see her till Halloween. >_<
I have a book report and this stupid book of knowledge thing to finish, and I'm just like this:
Book Of Knowledge: FIIIIIINIIIIISH MEEEE
Emma: NO! GO FINISH YOURSELF!!! *pulls out flamethrower and burns it*

....Yeah, very colorful, aren't I?
As far as good news goes, I saw GREEN DAY on Tuesday and it was great! And I get to see Three Doors Down really soon, so yay. Also, my class got a new person named David something or another. My mom seems to think I should try and ask him out. Never, boys at this school SUCK.

Alright, I'm done now and I'm going to comment on peoples Xanga's so bye!
